Mukul Dixit is a PhD scholar in Management. He secured a gold medal in his PG Diploma in Hydrogeology and holds a first-class Master’s degree in Geology from Aligarh Muslim University. He has also attended on-campus executive short courses at the University of Cambridge, the University of Melbourne, the Center for Creative Leadership in Singapore and La Trobe University.

He has 25 years of national and international experience in project and programme management for large social development, water, agriculture, livelihood, climate change and infrastructure projects. His experience covers urban infrastructure, mixed-use land development, slum rehabilitation and redevelopment, water supply and sanitation, disaster-risk reduction and response, school infrastructure, agriculture and irrigation infrastructure, housing finance and watershed management. These programmes were funded by multilateral, bilateral, government and private-sector organisations.

His international experience spans approximately 12 years across Nepal, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Mongolia, Canada and Afghanistan. He has held senior positions with CRISIL, BillionBricks Singapore, World Vision International, Habitat for Humanity, ISAP, AFPRO and other leading national and international organisations.

Mukul is passionate about indoor and outdoor sports, writing and exploring new destinations through nature travel.

Mr. Aashrya Soni is an architect and real-estate expert with more than 13 years of experience. He graduated from the prestigious School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi, and has been actively associated with diverse large-scale development projects.

His project experience includes India Habitat Centre, PVRs, World Trade Centre and Ashoka University, together with interior design and exhibition design work for Patna Museum, Bihar Museum and Kanha Museum, as well as high-end residential projects.

With a sharp eye for good design and detailing, he believes that sensible architecture plays an important role in shaping our cities, especially within the real-estate industry.

Subir is an experienced communications professional with more than 25 years of experience in corporate communications, strategic communications and crisis communications.

He has a strong track record of managing communications for a Big Four professional-services firm and organisations in sustainability consulting, aviation, infrastructure and development-sector consulting.

He specialises in communication strategy and implementation and has worked with senior leadership to achieve corporate and marketing objectives, build reputation, support strategic growth initiatives and implement critical corporate mandates.

He has also been responsible for setting up councils and operationalising CSR campaigns for KPMG in India and United Technologies in India, in association with United Way and Pratt & Whitney.

Sujay Sarkar is a PhD scholar specialising in Climate Change. He holds an MBA in Oil and Gas Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has completed executive programmes in sustainability and climate change at institutions including the University of Cambridge and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research. He is a GRI-certified sustainability professional and a Certified Carbon Management Leader from the Chartered Institute in the UK.

With more than 14 years of experience, Sujay has an extensive background in sustainability, ESG strategy, carbon management and climate action across Oil and Gas, Real Estate and Telecommunications. He has led diverse teams and managed projects nationally and internationally, earning recognition for sustainability strategy development, ESG reporting and regulatory compliance.

His professional roles have included positions with Protiviti Consulting, the Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry and Mahanagar Gas Ltd, where he contributed to significant projects in energy transition, sustainable fuels and infrastructure.

Mr. Sarkar has published peer-reviewed research papers and serves as a reviewer for reputable international journals, including Wiley publications focused on sustainability, ESG and climate change. His international collaborations and partnerships reflect his commitment to advancing sustainable development and environmental responsibility.
