Assignment overview

The survey was designed to assess passenger satisfaction with electric buses across six Uttar Pradesh cities and three long-haul intercity hubs. Planned samples covered 2,200 intracity passengers and 1,300 intercity passengers with real-time tracking and geotagging.

Scope of work

Activities performed

  • Covered 66 intracity routes and three intercity bus lounges.
  • Spread interviews across peak and non-peak periods and multiple days.
  • Targeted at least 30 percent female respondents.
  • Conducted a pilot with 20 passengers in Lucknow.
  • Used app-based survey tools with tracking and geotagging.
  • Translated questionnaires into Hindi and Kannada or Tamil as required.
  • Validated and delivered raw and cleaned data.
